Funds generated from this event are used by the Women’s and Men’s groups of LUMC for the purposes of: Youth Scholarships, Methodist Children’s Home in Versailles, facility enhancement projects, and other activities and programs for the community when requested and approved.
General Event Information:
Set Up Date – Tuesday August 3rd starting at 10:00 am for both inside and outside sales
Sale Dates – Wednesday August 4th thru Saturday 7th, no Sunday sales
Inside Space Rentals:
10’x12’ $75.00 Wednesday thru Saturday (no daily rentals)
Outside Space Rentals:
10’x20’ $20.00/day $50.00 Wed-Sat
20’x20’ $30.00/day $75.00 Wed-Sat
Spaces are not reserved until payment has been received.
LUMC will do ALL onsite food and beverage sales
No Firearms (working or not), pornography or suggestive materials are to be sold.
Week long vendors will receive free meal tickets: 1 sandwich and 1 drink per day.
Home prepared and/or canned goods are not allowed to be sold per Health Department rules.
Inside vendor ‘set ups’ shall have protective feet to protect gym floor from scratches.
Simpson Center (gym) will be opened 8am and locked 8pm each day. Times can be adjusted.
Saturday Evening cleanup:
Inside Sales - removal of all items inside shall be done by 9pm.
Outside Sales – cleanup shall take place on Saturday evening. All trash shall be bagged. Church volunteers will be around to haul trash to the dumpster. All other items not in the trash bags shall be removed by vendor. For those unable to complete cleanup Saturday evening, please see a church volunteer for any arrangements.
Non-profit groups may qualify for reduced or free outdoor space.
