General Event Information:
Set Up Date – Tuesday August 2rd starting at 10:00 am for both inside and outside sales
Sale Dates – Wednesday August 3rd thru Saturday 6th, no Sunday sales
No Firearms(working or not), pornography or suggestive materials are to be sold
Home prepared and/or canned goods are not allowed to be sold (Health Department rules)
Inside vendor ‘set ups’ should have protective feet, to protect gym floor from scratches, etc.
Simpson Center (gym) will be opened 8am and locked 8pm each day, times can be adjusted.
Saturday Evening cleanup:
Inside Sales - removal of all vendor items inside shall be done by 8pm
Outside Sales – cleanup shall take place on Saturday evening, all trash shall be bagged. Church volunteers
will be around to haul trash to dumpster. All other items not in trash bags shall be removed by vendor. For
those unable to complete cleanup Saturday evening, please see church volunteer for any arrangements.

10’x12’ $85.00 Wednesday thru Saturday (no daily rentals)
Outside Space Rentals:
10’x20’ $30.00/day $60.00 Wed-Sat
20’x20’ $40.00/day $85.00 Wed-Sat
Outside Food Vendors:
Approx 25’x25’ $250 Wed-Sat
Food Vendors shall meet all Health Department regulations
Spaces are not reserved until payment has been received.
Non-profit groups may qualify for reduced or free outdoor space, send in letter of request.
